Coach Charlie Sullivan

Charlie Sullivan has been the head coach of the Springfield College men's volleyball team for 25 years. He has an impressive record of success, with an overall record of 442-186 for a 70.3% winning percentage and a 93% win percentage vs. Div. III opponents since 2112. from 1998 - 2011 Springfield College competed in a Div. I conference. In addition to his role at Springfield, Sullivan has also had several stints with the U.S. National Team.

In 2016, Sullivan was a consultant coach for the U.S. Men's Volleyball team that won the bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Brazil. He served as a scout coach throughout the competition.

In 2014, Sullivan guided the U.S. Men's Pan American Team to the silver medal in the IX Men's Pan American Cup. Team USA won three consecutive three-game sweeps over Colombia, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, before falling to Cuba in the gold medal match.

Sullivan is a highly accomplished coach with a proven track record of success. He has helped his teams win championships at the collegiate and international levels. He is a valuable asset to any program, and he is sure to continue to be successful in the years to come.
